Holy Oil: for the House of God
Holy Oil is a book of poems by Faith Forster produced to be read aloud in the ‘House of God’, suitable for times of worship or church festivals, or on special family occasions. The poems in this book flow out of the hidden side of Christian ministry – the prayer and passion of presenting Christ to people, and the privilege of pastoring them through times of pain and loss as well as joy and celebration. This ‘Holy Oil’ is for the ‘pillar and ground of truth’, which is the house of God (Genesis 28:16-19).
